Our Nursery and Reception pupils enjoyed a truly special day at the Mas de Xetà Educational Farm in Llutxent, accompanied by their teachers, assistants, and a team of specialised monitors.
Throughout the day, they became little farmers, enjoying direct contact with animals such as hens, rabbits, goats, pigs, peacocks, and geese, which they were able to feed and care for while learning fun facts about each species.
Among the many activities they took part in, they collected eggs, went on a horse-drawn carriage ride, herded geese, and participated in workshops where they discovered where some of our everyday foods come from.
It was an enriching day full of discoveries, outdoor play, and connection with nature — an unforgettable experience that allowed our youngest learners to explore and learn beyond the classroom.
