amiGO! Programme

Successful integration is the foundation of both the academic and personal development of our students. That is why we offer a Spanish Programme for International Students, a specially designed initiative that supports students whose first language is not Spanish, helping them to settle into School with confidence from their very first days.

The aim of this programme goes far beyond language learning. We want our students to feel confident, participate fully in School life, build new friendships and enjoy every aspect of their educational experience. We recognise that developing proficiency in Spanish is essential for promoting integration, independence and wellbeing, both inside and outside the classroom.

The programme is fully integrated into the School timetable and forms part of our educational provision. During lessons corresponding to subjects within the Spanish curriculum, international students attend dedicated Spanish language classes taught by specialist teachers of Spanish as a Second Language (SSL). Thanks to small class sizes and personalised support, each student progresses at their own pace, developing the language skills needed to participate confidently and successfully across all areas of learning.
