We ended this school year’s gourmet journey by visiting a Southeast Asian country steeped in immense history: Cambodia.
Cambodian cuisine draws strong influence from Chinese and Indian customs, resulting in dishes seasoned with various spices that impart a distinctive flavour.
During the day, we enjoyed:

- Cambodian Chicken Amok
- Cambodian-style Sweet and Sour Cucumber
We were delighted with the positive reception this menu received.
