The pupils in each year group have an Assembly one day a week, and each week one class is responsible for leading it, so over the course of the term, all classes lead the Assembly at least once.
They love their weekly Assembly, as it is an opportunity to talk about what they have learnt, and honestly it is a pleasure to listen to them explain what they have been doing in the classroom.
In line with our aim of involving families in our educational project, this year we have brought back the format for our Weekly Assemblies, so we invited Year 5 families to attend one of these Assemblies to share it with us and our pupils, who thoroughly enjoyed the visit.
