Last Friday, November 19, our students took part from the classrooms of the British School Xàtiva and British School Alzira in the “20/30 Challenge”, this year promoted by the European University of Valencia (UEV), as well as by ACADE (Association of Autonomous Centers of Private Education).
The “20/30 Challenge” is an activity designed so that students can show their teamwork skills, creativity, innovation and citizenship awareness through the resolution of global problems following the UN 2030 Agenda and its objectives of Sustainable development.
We were 10 schools that participated, with more than 100 students working on this rewarding and innovative project where they had to face the challenge established by the organization in the most creative way possible. Our representatives had the mission of agreeing points with the team that would help the bases of the challenge, develop a resolution strategy, design, test, test solutions and think of the “final solution” to present to the jury.
We cannot be more proud of the dedication, work and effort invested by our students, it was a day from which they undoubtedly took great advantage. And of course, thank the teachers involved in this project, Miss Paula Moss at BSA and Miss Andrea García at BSX, because without their involvement and effort, it would not have been possible.
