The Aula Magna of the Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry of the University of Valencia has hosted the ceremony to recognise the winners of the UV Olympics for the 2022-2023 academic year.
This year the participation has increased compared to the previous year, reaching more than 1,800 participants from a total of 444 secondary schools in the province of Valencia.
This year, there have been a total of 69 winning students in the different disciplines and among them our student David Cebolla Ruiz has been awarded in the Physics Olympiad.
The main objectives of the University of Valencia Olympics are to serve as a link between secondary school and university studies, to encourage secondary school students to study in different fields of knowledge, to reward effort and academic excellence and to encourage the most outstanding students in different branches of knowledge to pursue their undergraduate studies at the University of Valencia.
