European Youth Parliament 2020

Last weekend, five of our Year 12 students (Aitana Llopis, Arantzazu Ortiz, Josep Somers, Paula Gomis and Sandra Cuenca) participated in the Valencia regional session of the European Youth Parliament. The European Youth Parliament (EYP) is a unique educational program that brings together young people from across Europe to discuss current issues in English.

Our students participated in teamwork and debated various academically challenging topics with 13 other schools. Topics included: language learning to improve social integration, how to prevent mass epidemic infections, and how to protect oceans affected by plastic pollution.

It was the first time for all of them that they spoke before such a large audience and they did extremely well. We want our students to be proud of their achievement, well, no wonder, congratulations!
