German Gourmet Day

Today we are celebrating our monthly Gourmet Day to continue bringing our students closer to the flavours of the world and to discover new dishes. This time we are travelling to Germany.

German cuisine is one of the most exotic and delicious in the whole European continent. Its concentrated and powerful flavours make it a real treat for the palate. Depending on the region of the country where you are, the typical German dishes vary in seasoning and ingredients, which is why German gastronomy is synonymous with good food.

On this day we enjoyed dishes such as “Kartoffensalat” (a typical German potato salad), Bavarian rice and “Bratwurst” sausages, one of the most consumed German foods in the world, to finish with an apple tart that highlights the importance of desserts and cakes in the typical gastronomy of the country.
