Our Nursery and Reception students went on a school trip to the Mas de Xetà Farm in Llutxent. They were accompanied by their teachers and assistants and supervised by specialist farm monitors.
There, they became farmers for a day and enjoyed interacting with various types of animals such as chickens, peacocks, rabbits, pigs, geese, goats, and more.
They had the opportunity to visit the farm animals, feeding and caring for them while learning more about them: they collected eggs from the chickens, visited the horse stables where they fed, brushed, and learned interesting facts about the horses, and so on. Additionally, they rode in a carriage and enjoyed a lovely tour to observe the landscape and vegetation.
It was a fantastic day that our little ones thoroughly enjoyed!
