The School’s Nursing Department and Psychopedagogical Team have delivered a Nutrition Education and Eating Disorder Prevention workshop to the Year 8 students.
The main objective of this initiative is to promote healthy eating habits and raise awareness among our students about the importance of a balanced diet. In a context where fast food consumption and low-nutritional-value products are increasingly common among children and teenagers, we believe that prevention through education is essential.
During the workshop, students learned to identify appropriate eating patterns and reflected on the risks associated with poor dietary habits, all from a perspective that was accessible and appropriate to their age.
At British School Alzira, Xàtiva & Gandia, we remain committed to the holistic development of our students, promoting not only their academic growth but also their physical and emotional well-being.
