BSA and BSX recently had the honour of welcoming distinguished representatives from the University of Navarra, who generously shared their expertise and insights with our students through a series of highly relevant educational talks.
Among the esteemed guests was Dr. Rafael Escobedo, a Doctor of History from the University of Navarra, who delivered a lecture titled “Israel-Palestine: Key Insights to Understand the Conflict.” In his presentation, Dr. Escobedo addressed the historical and contemporary complexities of the conflict in a clear and thorough manner, equipping students with essential tools to comprehend this significant international issue.
We were also joined by Carolina Blanch, a graduate in Pharmacy from the University of Navarra and a member of the Undergraduate and Master’s Admissions Department. Ms. Blanch presented “Creating the Medicine of the Future,” an engaging talk that delved into advances in pharmaceutical research and the development of new medicines—an exposition that captivated students with an interest in health sciences.
Additionally, Candela Duato, Admissions Delegate for the Valencian Community and Murcia, and Isabel Clair, Head of Admissions, were present to provide valuable insights into the university’s admissions process and the various academic opportunities offered by the institution.
This visit was an excellent opportunity for our students to gain academic enrichment and to explore new perspectives on university education. We extend our gratitude to the University of Navarra for their collaboration and for inspiring our students to pursue their academic futures with enthusiasm.
