On the 15th of December, Year 11 students who are taking the optional subject of Business, had the opportunity to visit the university of EDEM (Business School).
The purpose of this visit, as well as getting to know the University, was to carry out a workshop on Innovation, and specifically, the objectives of the workshop were the following:
- To understand the importance of innovation and creativity in today’s business world.
- To learn about the different types of innovation, techniques and creativity skills most commonly used in the business environment and applicable to the academic and professional environment.
In addition to the workshop, during the visit to EDEM the students toured the business accelerator ‘Lanzadera’, whose objective is to generate the necessary conditions to help entrepreneurs to create efficient companies and contribute value to society.
Undoubtedly a very interesting visit to learn first-hand about the contents they are working on in class.
