At Grupo British School Alzira, Xàtiva & Gandia we understand that good nutrition is key to the well-being, academic performance and overall development of our students.
Therefore, all our menus are carefully prepared by a team of professional nutritionists, and prepared daily in our own kitchens by a kitchen team that is an essential part of the educational community.
Our gourmet dining service offers balanced dishes, prepared with fresh and local ingredients, adapted to the needs of each student. We have personalized menus for coeliacs, astringent diets, specific allergies, diabetics, Halal, vegans and vegetarians, ensuring that each diner enjoys a safe, healthy and tasty meal.

This year we are taking another step forward in our commitment to healthy, varied and fun food, with a renovated dining room that incorporates new gastronomic experiences and is committed to sustainability:
You Choose Day:
Each week, secondary and high school students can choose from different international menus, such as Greek gyros, Moroccan tajine or Caribbean chicken. A proposal that encourages participation and broadens their cultural and gastronomic horizons.
Bakery Corner:
We incorporated a corner of artisan bakery, with traditional breads of proximity presented in wicker baskets along with picos, regañás and grissines, offering a more complete and careful experience.
New products and local suppliers:
We expand our offer with fresh and sustainable products, including pork tenderloin, mackerel or beef burgers of proximity, as well as seasonal fruits and vegetables from local suppliers in the Valencian Community.
Committed to natural food
We adapt to the new decree on processed foods, guaranteeing more natural and balanced preparations, in line with the principles of the Mediterranean diet.
With these improvements, we reaffirm our commitment to a healthier, educational and participatory dining room, which not only feeds, but also teaches and forms responsible and sustainable living habits.
