Last week, our Year 10 students enjoyed an unforgettable five-day trip to Formigal (Huesca), one of Spain’s most renowned ski destinations.
During their stay, they combined sport, learning and socialising in a privileged environment. Each day included lessons given by the prestigious Spanish Ski School of Formigal, as well as supervised skiing and snowboarding time, which allowed them to gain confidence, autonomy and team spirit on the slopes.
The programme was rounded off with activities organised each afternoon, such as the Gymkhana in Formigal, a karaoke session, an excursion to Sallent and an emotional Final Gala, moments that reinforced community spirit and left lasting memories.
More than just a trip, it was an experience that promoted personal growth, responsibility and companionship, values that transcend the classroom.
