Year 10, 11, 12 and Year 13 students who are taking IGCSE Geography and A Level Biology subjects have returned from their trip to the “Gredos Centre” in Navarredonda de Gredos (Ávila), where they have been able to work on the curricular objectives of these areas. It was an opportunity prepared for students to tackle secondary and high school subjects in a practical way outside the school facilities.

Inauguration of the new infant area of the British School Alzira

On Wednesday, September 5 at 3:30 p.m., a meeting was held for all the parents of Pre-Nursery, Nursery and Reception students, in which the presentation of the new and innovative Infant facilities (Early Years Foundation Stage) was made. , the most innovative in Spain.

During the first part of the meeting, coffee and soft drinks were served in the school canteen, while an explanation was given on the new methodology for the infant cycle, implemented in the 3 centers of the group, a methodology based on the British Curriculum as the main basis, and in neuroscience and stimulation at an early age.

Next, the new facilities will be visited through a descriptive and explanatory tour of the entire new area, which is already finished and waiting to be enjoyed by our little ones.

A golden brooch to end this incredible 2017-18 academic year, our students have enjoyed a sports day in which they have practiced a multitude of different disciplines and refreshed themselves with fresh fruit and water. They have said goodbye to this course in a very special way. Thank you all very much for your trust and we hope to see you next year. Happy summer!

Our Open day is not an afternoon, or a Saturday… our Open day is really opening the doors, in the. Normal school day, a day in which to share with the limbos everything they do every day… a day in which to live their experiences and see how they enjoy learning…

In addition, many of the parents stay to eat with us, attesting to the excellent dining service that our students enjoy every day.
