As every year, our students took part in the UKMT Intermediate Mathematical Challenge, an international problem-solving competition organised by the United Kingdom Mathematics Trust (UKMT).
All participants received a certificate in recognition of their efforts, and some even obtained Bronze, Silver and Gold certificates, awarded to the students with the best results internationally. Special mention should be made of the several Gold certificates awarded to approximately 6% of the participants with the best results internationally, reflecting exceptional mathematical performance.
In addition, Mingrui Chen (Year 9) and Mingtao Chen (Year 7) have been invited to participate in the next phase, the Cayley Olympiad 2026, a distinction reserved for the 500 highest-scoring students from England, Wales and international centres.
