Our Year 4 students took part in a Healthy Habits Workshop focused on the importance of balanced nutrition and mindful eating. Guided by the school nurses, they explored how everyday food choices can help them feel stronger, more energetic and ready to learn.
Through practical examples and engaging conversations, students learned that healthy eating is not about restrictions, but about caring for their bodies and building habits that will support them now and in the future.
