At the British School Alzira, Xàtiva & Gandia, we continue to enjoy one of the great gastronomic innovations of this academic year: You Choose Day.
One day a week, our Secondary and Sixth Form students have the opportunity to choose from different international menus, discovering new flavours and cultures through food.
This week, the dining hall was filled with oriental aromas with an Asian-inspired menu that included delicious teriyaki ribs, noodles with vegetables and soy sauce, and roasted tomatoes with sesame seeds. A colourful, flavourful and balanced menu that everyone loved.
With initiatives such as You Choose Day, we continue to promote a varied, healthy and fun diet, while offering our students the opportunity to broaden their gastronomic horizons and enjoy educational experiences through cooking.
