Thai Market: Exploring the world through its markets

This academic year, we have launched a new initiative to help our students discover foods from different cultures around the world through some of the most international markets.

At British School Alzira, Xàtiva & Gandia, once each term, we will create mini markets with local and typical products from each region, allowing students to explore, touch and smell them in a meaningful way.

Each experience is enriched with historical and gastronomic insights that bring every culture closer — all without leaving the school.

Today, our journey took us to Thailand 🇹🇭 with the Thai Market, where students explored different types of pasta, aromatic spices and exotic fruits such as dragon fruit, coconut, guava and kumquat.

Because learning is richer when it is lived with all the senses.
