Year 5 pupils took part in an Ergonomics workshop at school, given by the Nursing Department and the Psychopedagogical Department.
The back is a fundamental part of the body’s proper functioning, and acquiring bad posture habits at an early age can lead to problems and discomfort in the future.
This workshop aims to raise awareness among students about the importance of taking care of their posture and their bodies, offering them simple and practical guidelines that they can apply in their daily lives. In addition, they learn to identify everyday situations that can harm the health of their back and to prevent possible discomfort or muscle spasms.
At the School, we continue to support initiatives that promote physical well-being and education in healthy habits as an essential part of the comprehensive development of our students.
