UMAMI Gastronomic Day

Today we have been able to enjoy in the dining room of the College of the UMAMI Gastronomic Day, a word that means tasty. UMAMI is one of the basic tastes along with sweet, sour, bitter and salty. This word was coined by Japanese professor Kikunae Ikeda. In his honor, today we wanted to play a musical thread from his country.
We hope that the students have enjoyed this proposal.
