Year 2 trip to the Oceanogràfic: Diving into the wonders of the ocean!

Our Year 2 students had a truly magical day at the Oceanogràfic in Valencia — the largest marine park in Europe, home to over 20,000 creatures from 650 different species!

From walking through an underwater tunnel surrounded by sharks, rays and jellyfish, to discovering dolphins, our young explorers were completely amazed.

They also learned about marine ecosystems, the importance of protecting our oceans, and the incredible work done to care for and conserve these animals.

At British School Alzira, Xàtiva & Gandia, we believe learning happens everywhere.

Trips like this open our students’ eyes to the natural world and inspire them to become curious, caring and environmentally aware global citizens.

What a day to remember, Year 2!
