“Fish Revolution” Day

As part of our ongoing commitment to broadening our students’ culinary horizons, we host a special day each month dedicated to fish, which we call “Fish Revolution”. This initiative aims to teach our students the importance of a varied diet and highlight the valuable nutrients that fish and seafood provide to our bodies.  

This time, the menu they enjoyed included:  

  • Salad with lettuce, tomato, tuna, olives, sweetcorn, carrot, and boiled egg  
  • Seafood “fideuà” 
  • Monkfish and squid stew
