Continuing our gastronomic journeys around the world, this time we visit with our palate the wonderful Ireland, which has a rich culture thanks to its Celtic and Viking past, an abundance of folklore full of myths and legends, and a combination of vast green countryside, impressive cliffs and white sandy beaches.
Irish cuisine is inspired by the crops and animals raised in its temperate climate, and its main ingredient is the potato.
