Year 6 enjoys a topic day and an assembly shared with family members

The Year 6 pupils have been studying the topic of “Mexico,” and to enrich their learning, they recently enjoyed a day dedicated to exploring this theme in depth.

Throughout the day, they engaged in various activities, such as preparing traditional Mexican food, exploring traditional Mexican dance styles, and learning to solve mathematical problems using the traditional Mayan method.

It was also Year 6’s turn to lead the weekly Assembly—an event they look forward to as it offers them an opportunity to present what they have learned. In line with our aim to involve families in our educational project, we invited our Year 6 pupils’ family members to attend and share in this assembly with them.

We are aware of the excitement our pupils feel in showcasing their knowledge and the care they put into every detail of their presentations. Thus, we extend our heartfelt thanks to all the families who joined us for this moment, as well as to our dedicated teaching staff for their commitment and effort.

And, of course, congratulations to our Year 6 pupils who did an outstanding job!
