On Monday April 3rd at 10.30 am at the Westin Hotel in Valencia, took place the 1st Forum on Mental Health of students, as an official presentation event of the Department of Emotional and Mental Health Prevention of the British School Group Alzira, Xativa and Gandia, with the prestigious clinical psychologist Dr. Javier Urra at the head of it.
Among the topics discussed were some of the most topical ones, such as prevention and detection of suicidal behavior in minors, detection of suicidal behavior in minors, equality and gender violence in adolescents or bullying.
The meeting included a first debate between Dr. Javier Urra and the director of the British School Group Alzira, Xàtiva & Gandia, Franc Corbí.
This was followed by a round table with the participation of industry experts Reyes Moliner (clinical psychologist and researcher at the Catholic University of Valencia) and Irene Alegria (teacher, psycho-pedagogue and collaborator in the Ministry of Education of Spain (INTEF)).
The event was moderated by journalist and coach Susana Ollero.
