We continue to travel the world through the palate and this time we visit the neighbouring country: France.
French gastronomy is characterised by the variety of dishes, the constant innovation and refinement of its recipes and presentations.
Since 16 November 2010 it has been included in the list of Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity and is considered by many to be one of the best cuisines in the world.
It emphasises the importance of using high quality raw materials for each of its recipes and its desserts and sauces are especially famous.
On this day our students were able to enjoy the following dishes:
- French Niçoise Salad
- Parmentier cream
- French chicken filet
- Provençal roasted carrots
- Cream profiterols
